Welcome to the web site of Maersk Tankers, the Tanker Division of A.P. Moller - Maersk Group.

Maersk Tankers own and operate a large fleet of crude oil carriers, product tankers and gas carriers, all built and operated to A.P. Moller - Maersk Group's high standards of quality and reliability. For car carriers the Group participates in Hoegh Autoliners with a minority share. For further information please see www.hoeghautoliners.com. Since April 2009 the LNG carriers have been managed by Maersk Drilling. For further information please see www.maersk-lng.com.

Since the first dedicated tanker was acquired in 1928, our fleet has been continuously expanded and improved to meet the latest demands of our customers.

We have established one of the largest, most modern and most diversified independent fleets in the world. Our fleet of tankers is exclusively double hulled - all meeting the latest industry standards and demands. We focus on safety, the environment and cost efficiency. Our environmental policy is:

"The Company is committed to the protection and conservation of the environment and places high priority on environmental considerations in managing its business."

Maersk Tankers are committed to a substantial new-building programme, to ensure that now and in the future we can meet the requirements of our customers.

Our local presence world-wide gives customers real time access to Maersk Tankers as well as local knowledge on operational issues.

We are committed to continue to deliver second-to-none, safe and environmentally friendly transport solutions in close and active co-operation with our customers.

Why settle for less?
