The recruitment process in Maersk Tankers Crewing begins once the manning office responsible for your location receives and confirms your job application. You can submit your application via our job portal or you can simply send your CV and other documents to the manning office near you. Maersk Tankers does not make unsolicited offers of employment, and will never require potential candidates to make any form of advance payment as part of the hiring process.


As an initial screening, we will evaluate your application compared to our identified vacancies. If you qualify for a position, we will invite you for personal and logical index testing and an interview. Your personal characteristics as well as your professional training and experience will be assessed during the interview. Further, a technical interview will be conducted if you are applying for a senior position.

Validation of documents

All of your submitted documents and certificates will be validated in line with the job requirements. We will also initiate a background check and/or ask you to visit our manning office.
